PLEROMA DEPARTMENTS

DISCIPLESHIP AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Pleroma Missions was envisioned years ago to teach God’s Word to God’s people, raise disciples as well as train those who are called into ministry either as missionaries or ministers. These are spiritual needs which this department caters for. The goal of all these is to raise believers and ministers who are spiritually mature and who are pressing Towards attaining the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

MISSIONS

Pleroma Missions is committed to raising cross-cultural Missionaries or assisting other agencies to raise such. Missions Department is saddled with the responsibility of doing Missions mobilization, researching unreached tribes and needy nations as well as sending trained missionaries into unreached tribes and nations.

PRAYER MOBILIZATION

God’s Work depends largely on the prayers of His people. The Lord Jesus commenced His public ministry only after an extended time of prayer. In Matth. 9:37, He observed that: “…The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;” His conclusion was to Charge we the believers thus:
“Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭9:38‬ ‭KJV‬‬
The Prayer Mobilization Department is thus saddled with the responsibility of arousing God’s people in various places to pray for Missions and missionaries. One of the key ways Prayer Mobilization Department achieves this is through the formation of small prayer cells known as Pleroma Prayer League Chapters.

HUMANITARIAN SERVICES

Pleroma Missions’ conviction is that for cross-cultural Missions to be fully effective, such cross-cultural endeavors must be holistic. By this we mean that holistic ministry must minister to not just the spiritual needs of targeted communities but also their mental, emotional and physical needs.

The Humanitarian Services Department explores the felt needs of communities and tribes and then seeks practical and creative ways to meet such felt needs. Intervention areas include the area of education, health, agriculture as well disaster and conflict situations.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

The various ministry expressions of Pleroma Missions requires coordination at the headquarters. While our work is carried out by individual missionaries and by our fields and departments, issues of staff recruitment, welfare and development need to be addressed. Good financial records need to be kept and accepted and wise financial practices need to be adopted. The Administration and Finance is saddled with the above concerns among others.

At Pleroma Missions, we are driven by a vision of a world where all individuals can live free from the shackles of poverty and injustice. Join us as we extend the love and compassion of Jesus Christ to those in need, one community at a time.
